HEART OF THE SKY

This photo was taken by Zubuyer Kaolin for Shafayat and Tanha to commemorate their wedding on the 16th May 2025.

The night was overcast and chances of capturing the moon was very slim. Suddenly the cloud parted for a brief moment and I took hundreds of images and this one stood out from the rest. The distinct heart shaped window in the clouds beautifully portrayed the waning gibbous moon.

The Moon was visiting the Sagittarius constellation that night which is right at the center of the Milky Way core. It truly seems like a good omen.
